Intro to Parkour for Teens & Adults
Our Intro to Parkour program is perfect for anyone looking to get into the world of parkour. This 8-class program teaches the fundamentals of parkour, promotes a high level of physical fitness, and emphasizes the relationship between the two. Students will learn basic skills including quadrupedal movement, landings, rolls, basic gymnastics, jumps, cat leaps, vaults, underbars, tic tacs, wall runs, and basic freerunning tricks. Additionally, students will apply these skills to complete longer movement combinations and obstacle courses. No previous experience is necessary.
The Intro to Parkour Course is an 8 class program that can be taken 2 classes per week for 4 weeks or 1 class per week for 8 weeks. See the start dates for each below and scroll down to the schedule to select and sign up for the course.

** Session B beginning July 6th will have a make-up class on Sunday July 15th at 9:00am. (Other arrangements to make this class up may be made.)
