CLASS REGISTRATION, MAKE-UP CLASSES AND CLASS CANCELLATIONS

APEX San Diego requires everyone to pre-register for the class or classes of their desired day and time.

Advantages for Members
 This gives members priority selection of classes by saving their spot in the class of their preference.

 This allows APEX to maintain a ratio of athletes to coaches that allows the athletes to get the most out of their class.

 This eliminates the necessity for us to turn away members when the class is full.

Rescheduling Classes
Athletes may still reschedule classes in the case of a conflict—because we all know the occasional issue arises where we can’t make a class.

 At least 24 hours before the scheduled class:

o Go online and remove yourself from class and reschedule for an
open class that week; or
o Email or text us and ask to cancel that class and reschedule to
another class.

 You can reschedule your class for anytime within one week of the cancelled class.

Late Cancelling and Make-up Classes
A late cancel is when someone either, does not show up to a class at all or they cancel with less than 24-hours notice.
To maintain the integrity of the reservations, anyone who late cancels, will either forfeit that class from their allotted classes for the week or be charged a $15 no-show fee for Tier 3 members. This is in an effort to prevent people from signing up just to hold a spot in a class they do not intend to attend and preventing someone else from taking that class.

Because we know sometimes things happen, members will get Free make- up classes where they will not have to pay the $15 fee or forfeit their class in the event that they late cancel. These make-up classes are good for the
month of that membership and do not roll-over each month.

 All Tier Members get 1 free class make-up a month if they have missed class that month.

Permanent Schedule Changes for the Athlete
If an athlete’s schedule permanently changes, just ask at the front desk to schedule for a different day and/or time. We will schedule you for any open class. If the class you request is full, we can put you on the waitlist for that class and will work to get you into that class as soon as possible. We will add another coach when demand for that class reaches its threshold.

Examples
 If someone contacts us on Monday to cancel their Wednesday class, they will not incur any fee or forfeit that class and may attend any
other class that week with availability. They may also log into MindBody Online and reschedule their class that way.

 A Tier 1 or 2 Member who no-shows for a class for the first time in a month, they may claim their 1 free no-show for the month and still
schedule another class that week with openings without forfeiting a class or paying the $15 fee.

 If someone on a Tier 3 membership has used their 2 free no-shows, signs into a class and does not show up for their class, they will be
charged the $15 no-show fee. This is to prevent someone on a Tier 3 membership from signing into every class just to save a spot “just in
case” they want to attend that class because they have unlimited classes.

 If an athlete’s schedule permanently changes, just ask at the front desk to schedule for a different day and/or time. We will schedule you for any class with openings. If the class you absolutely have to take is full, we can put you on the waitlist for that class and we will work to get you into that class as soon as possible, by adding a coach if
possible.
